Our transformer features a sealed, heavy-duty steel enclosure with anti-corrosion coating (C5-M marine grade optional). Internal desiccant breathers control humidity, while mineral oil or biodegradable ester fluid provides dielectric strength and cooling. The three-phase core is constructed from high-grade silicon steel, reducing losses and heat generation—critical in poorly ventilated tunnel environments.

Since our founding in December 2015, Aputon has specialized in customized designs for high and low voltage sets. Our tunnel transformer can be equipped with temperature monitors, partial discharge sensors, and remote control via SCADA systems.
